More and more fine artists are finding a resonance with clay, and their approaches to the medium come from all directions. Their work is often a mystery to clay workers coming from a studio pottery background, so we want to create a chance to get some insight into their perspectives, begin a dialogue, and find some new ways to think about clay.
Join us for an evening of discussion with 5 current Elam students, each with very different practices and reasons for engaging with ceramics, guided by Elam instructor and ASP member Fiona Jack and ASP class tutor Suzy Dünser.
