About:

This workshop is about exploring possibilities and alternative conformation of clay structures using wheel thrown and assembling building techniques to create sculptural/intricate shapes.

Students must:

• Purchase their own clay (available at ASP): 5-15 kg of paperclay or stoneware w/fine grog.

• Pay for their own firing & glazing

• Bring their own clay tools (some are available for purchase in the office)

• Bring their own apron and towel

• Provide own dust mask and gloves for glazing

Please note:

• ASP is only able to fire clay brands/types that ASP stock

• Clean up and set up times are within the 3 hours allocated for class time
