Specialist workshops given by visiting potters allow ASP members to expand their skills and interests.

Aaron Scythe	Weekend Workshop. Aaron is a NZ potter who worked in Mashiko, Japan for 20 years but came back to NZ after the Japanese tsunami. He has a very energetic and expressive approach to clay. David Robertson	Demonstration workshop. David Robertson is a prominent British raku expert famous for developing "Naked Raku".	Monday 29th March 1:30pm - 4:40pm Fee: $20. Bookings are essential. He will also give a power point demonstration for ASP members on Monday evening 29th March at 7pm. All members welcome. back to top
Julia Watson	Handbuilding course for children. A handbuilding course for children 7 - 12 years old. Have fun, learn skills and complete a project to be proud of.	Monday 12 April - Thursday 15 April 12:30pm - 3:30pm Fee: $120, which includes clay, glazing and firing. back to top
John Dawson	Stretching The Boundaries With Porcelain. A hands-on workshop with John Dawson who will answer all your questions and frustrations with porcelain.	Friday 16th April and Sunday 18th April 10am - 4pm Fee: $80 for 2 days, shared and sociable lunches. Bring your own porcelain or buy it here. Space is limited - Bookings are essential. back to top
