Peter Stichbury, long-time ASP member and tutor has been honoured with a 2 year long exhibition at Te Papa museum in Wellington. Peter and Diane flew down last week to take part in the blessing of the exhibition.

The exhibition is aptly named: Peter Stichbury: A potter's world. Different cultures and different styles of ceramic art have helped forge the distinctive style of Peter Stichbury’s pottery. This is an exhibition of work of the master, and potters from Africa to Britain.

Go and see it for your self when you are in Wellington. The exhibition is on from 12 June 2010 – June 2012, at Te Papa, level 6. Free entry.
